  • What is the maximum number of people I can fit on the boat?
    Our fleet has different vessels with different guests capacities. If you have a large party give us a call to check if we can accomodate you and your guest.
  • Are you sightseeing cruises safe for infants?
    We take all precautions to ensure you and your family are safe at all times. If there are infants in your party, we suggest you pick the pontoon boat for your cruise. This vessel has very comfortable couches for sitting where mommy and baby can comfortably snuggle during the cruise.
  • Are your sightseeing cruises safe for pregnant women?
    All pregnant women are required to produce a physician's letter stating that mother and baby are in good health, fit to travel and the pregnancy is not high-risk. Mothers-to-be who have entered the 24th week of estimated fetal gestational age at any time during the cruise are NOT eligible to be on the vessel.
  • I do not want to use the pontoon boat, can I do the sightseeing cruises using a different boat from your fleet?"
    Yes, you can choose any vessel available from our fleet; however, prices will vary as they reflect the cost of the boat.
  • Are your vessels wheelchair friendly?
    Unfortunately, our fleet does not have a wheelchair accesible vessel. The safety of our charter guests is our main priority, so we would not recomend our cruises for people with limited mobility.
  • It is a special occasion and I want to surprise someone, can you help?"
    Yes, we can !! We love to help our guests celebrate special occasions. We have a very special way to surprise people in many inconspicuous way. Call us to help you set up a special surprise for your loved one !!!!
  • Are there bathrooms available on-board ?
    Yes. All of our vessels are equipped with a bathroom or urinal facilities. However, their size vary with the size of the vessel; the smaller the vessel the more limited its facilities. We encourage our guest to use landside restrooms before boarding.
  • Will I get wet in my cruise?
    Not necessarily, but you are going on a boat and we recomend our guest to always be prepared to get wet. We provide you with towels and blankets so do not worry and enjoy your adventure.
  • What happens if the day of my adventure there is bad weather?
    Our crew members are constanly monitoring the weather. If we know in advance and our guest schedule allows, we will reschedule your adventure. However, island weather can be very unpredictable, so we offer a 100% refund for adventures canceled due to bad weather conditions. If the weather changes dramatically during your cruising adventure, your captain will advise of alternate cruising options to mantain safety and enjoyment you and your guests. This means chosen routes as well as drop off locationsmay change .
  • What do I need to bring to my cruising adventure?
    For most adventures, we recommend our guest to wear sunhat, sunglasses and sunblock. For adventures longer than 2 hours our guest are encourage to bring swimwear and water shoes as well. We provide you with towles in all adventures. Guest are always welcome to bring their own snacks and beverages on board. Please keep in mind that space on smaller vessels is limited, so keep your personal belongings to a minimum.
  • Is the cruise pet-friendly?
    Your furry family members are welcome aboard, but only for PRIVATE cruising adventures. However, owners are responsible for the clean up and safety of the animal.
  • Can I bring my own snacks and beverages on-board?
    Yes! Our passengers are welcome to bring their own snacks and beverages to all our cruises at no additional cost.
